Art. 47

Article number 47 of the Spanish Constitution.
All Spanish citizens have the right for an appropriate and deserving dwelling. Public authorities should promote the necessary conditions and will establish the appropriate standards for making this right effective, regulating land use according to the general interest in order to avoid speculation.
After analyzing this article I find the antagonism between the article and reality quite surprising. I decide to focus my work on the most extreme cases of speculation which have occurred in Spain from the point of view of the environment.
